Property description:
This is a well located house just outside the town of Sao Bras de Alportel in the Central Algarve. The access is good (tarmac roads) and the house is surrounded by peaceful hillside views with a glimpse of the Atlantic Ocean. No immediate neighbours. The garden is terraced and low maintenance with a separate part at the top of the property which could be good for keeping a dog for example. The whole plot is fenced.

The house was built by the current owners 10 years ago and has only been used as a private holiday home (not rented out). The decor is modern, the rooms light and the living space (kitchen, dining area and living room) open plan. There are four good sized bed rooms, two of them with an en-suite bath room, and one guest toilet. Also there is a utility room, roof terrace, patios and a heated swimming pool.

In the living room you have a wood burning fire place and electric heaters through out the house. The hot water is heated with solar power, and there is also a back up heating system in case there has not been enough sun shine. All the windows have fitted mosquito nets and there is an alarm system. Possibility to buy the house furnished.
